In English:

1. Every team has 10 players including 1 captain and 1 voluntary player to be the referee of the none self-team match. 

2. In each match, one team has 7 players on the field. When females play for the match, two female players will be considered as 1 quota of the male player.

3. The half time is 10 minutes.  Every match contains 1st half and 2nd half (60 minutes in total).

4.  Sliding tackle is forbidden in the game.

1.每支队伍10个人，其中一名队长，一名裁判。

2.考虑到有些国家的留学生人数很少，我们暂定为7人制足球赛（如果人数实在过少，也可以考虑其它的组队形式，如按洲组队）；

3.对于人数较多的国家，如中国，我们可以考虑组织两个球队；

4.队伍中无性别要求，并且我们鼓励女生参赛，比赛中两个女生可以算作一个男生（7人的队伍可以由6个男生和2个女生组成）。

5.禁止铲球等危险性较大的动作。
